1. Description

The Duobox line assembles a display box lid plus tray for consumer products. Flexibility is a key element of the machine that allows to assemble a wide range of dimensions and models both totally closed for protection and strength and partially open to save up to 30% in board consumption. To obtain an optimal strength the lid is inserted between tray and product. To avoid product damage the tray is glued last. The line is efficient and the operator governs the machine from a single operating area, simplifying his work during the feeding of cartons and the operational control.

The sophisticated transfer system allows product stability during the different operations to minimize down time. The machine can be completed with side loading stations or robot.
