2. Working Principle |

1.The die-cuts forming the feet are picked up from the feeding magazine and pre-folded in the external crease. Glue points are applied to allow the bonding between the carton and the sustaining element, that can be a paper cylinder, honeycomb or other material.

2. The die-cut is transferred to the next station where the number of sustaining elements (paper cylinder, honeycomb or other material) determined in the format being produced is inserted. The die-cut wraps around the elements to obtain a strong bind. |
| 3. The foot is transferred to the last station where the glue lines are applied to allow its binding to the top platform. On the meantime the top platform is picked up from the magazine and transferred on the assembly station. Here the foot is pressed against the platform. The operation is repeated to obtain the number of feet required by the format being produced. | ![]() |
