ECOPALŪ
 
 
  ECOPAL is a patented corrugated board pallet made 100% in paper products. It is assembled with the ECOMAC machine through the folding and glueing of corrugated board diecuts around paper cylinder cores.
 

 

The structure is strong and resistant and allows to Ecopal a good resistance to loading.

This resistance is increased by a dual glueing application, vynilic and hot-melt.

 ECOMAC is highly flexible. It can be programmed to produce Ecopal with two or more feet positioned in various ways with the top platform made of single layer board to triple wall and honeycomb. The dimensions of pallet produced by the machine are reported in the following table.
 

Ecopal principal characteristics are the following:

  • Absence of metallic or plastic elements makes the pallet 100% recyclable;
  • Light weight as compared to a wood pallet while maintaining good load resistance;
  • Security from splinters;
  • Construction versatility in terms of number of feet, cylinders, dimensions and types of material;
  • Forkability on all sides.
